I've been using "Посылочка" to ship Birthday and New Year's gifts to my family in Siberia twice a year since 2021 and every single package arrived safely within 4-5 weeks. I'm very happy with this place and its owner who is very thorough and provides all the important instructions to follow, so people just need to pay attention instead of blaming him for their own inattentiveness.
