When I rang to book them they were able to accommodate me the next week. The workmen were friendly, polite and respectful and did a good job. Recommended!

Avoid at all costs! Yesterday he excused himself that he has an appointment Despite stating that he will come 100% today he didn't show up. Not answering his phone and not responding to messages I got the following text message from this company: I dont appreciate the 1 star review....change your stat 8 am tomorrow, but you got to remove the one star review. Based on this my review will stay as it is.

Fantastic friendly service, as well as doing a quick and high quality job of replacing extractor fans and light bulb fittings also provided great advice to ensure the right products were purchased. Would highly recommend.

Poorest form of professionalism when they encounter issues in getting on time with customer and after that. Asked for £150 as deposit in advance before the commencement of the work which was paid immediately, the guy does not turn up on the committed date/time and did not bother to call to inform he can't. Later on contacting says he cannot due to emergency with other customer and will start after one complete week and not ready to compensate for an hour worth of work the next working day (the whole work was for 1 entire day). We cancel the deal and the guy shows a lot of careless attitude and arrogance in refunding the deposit. After a lot of push says he would deduct one hour of texting from the deposit. After 2 weeks I had to threaten to go to court ot police and went public then only he refunded but with lot of bad comments. His receptionist also behaved too rude with lot of people on facebook post. Issues happen but the way he and his office girl speak, behave, shows arrogance and communicate it is clear that it is not a good company and guy to engage. I had to go through too much mental pain to get my hard-earned money back. Beware!
