My whole experience with this visit to fix a broken tooth, which I was dreading as someone who hates even normal dental work, was quite possibly the best experience for a dental visit I have ever had. I was called back after only waiting 2 minutes. The dental assistant I was assigned (Emily) was excellent. The dentist is one of the most personable dentists I have ever used and he did a great job of answering all of my questions about the procedure and explaining every detail of what to expect. As I was leaving, there was a discrepancy over my billing and instead of charging the wrong amount and leaving me to deal with it later, the young lady spent the time to figure it out and make sure I only paid the correct amount. She even had the office manager double check the situation before she ran my card. Great experience all around - would highly recommend

Doctor good RECEPTIONIST SUCKS. I drove 40 minutes in traffic for a dental cleaning at this location only for me to arrive and have the round receptionist tell me that they need to take x-rays and they won't be covered by my insurance just for them to do a dental cleaning. When I asked why she didn't tell me this the first two times we talked on the phone within the last 24 hours, she said "she didn't notice"... as if it's that's not her job. This isn't even a busy office she's just lazy. Now the problem isn't that they had to take x-rays. I understand that. The problem is this should've been communicated before I rearranged my work schedule to make the appt only to have my time wasted. She had no problem calling me the day prior to confirm my appointment nor calling me the morning of asking if I could change my appointment time, however, failed to call me at let me know I would actually need to pay to redo x-rays because they can't transfer X-rays over from a different dental location. She's obviously lazy or not thorough.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Posh Dental Arts and Dr. Babak Seihoun. After months of pain and frustration with my former dentist — multiple visits, a crown, a root canal, and still no answers — I was told I’d have to wait two more weeks just to be seen. I was in so much pain I couldn’t chew on either side, and yet I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. That all changed when I called Posh Dental. Dr. Seihoun and his staff saw me right away, diagnosed the issue (two cracks in my tooth that had been missed before), and got me scheduled for the procedure the same week. The difference in care was night and day. Even when I had a smaller issue after my mercury filling replacement — biting my cheek while waiting for my crown — they got me in the very same day I called. The level of attention, compassion, and urgency they show is exactly what every patient deserves. From the hygienists to the front desk staff, everyone at Posh Dental makes you feel comfortable, informed, and pain-free. They explain everything step by step, check in constantly to make sure you’re okay, and truly treat you like you matter. Dr. Seihoun is not only highly skilled, but also compassionate and thorough. After such a traumatic experience with my former dentist, I can honestly say Posh Dental Arts is my new dental home. I am so grateful I found them. Let me tell youuuuuuuu....JUST SUPERB SERVICE!!! I recently switched insurances so found them on my Aetna website of available dentists. I normally look up reviews but this time asked God to lead me to a dentist since a lot of times they are not taking new patients. I called and the woman on the phone was so respectful, patient, and kind. She answered all my questions and when she looked for a date she could only find something a month away. I said ok and said if possible (cause I know they deal with soooo many people to remember little old me) would you put my name down in case someone cancels? She said sure. She literally called me in two days to offer me a cancellation. The reason this impressed me is because she remembered. People often think it's the services alone but I understand that soft skills and honoring people really leaves an impression on the customers. I couldn't take that one and asked her please remember me if it comes up again (just knowing I blew my opportunity and she would forget me). She indeed remembered me and set up my appointment. Once I arrived in the office Ms. Jessie (I found out) was so kind and welcoming. I was rushing from work and she calmed me and told me to take my time and fill out the pre-form. She met me with a beautiful smile too and not irritation. With so many places that offer bad customer service, anytime I go somewhere and it is great customer service I am thankful. I realized she was the person who set my appointment up as well. I thanked her. She then passed me to Dr. Crissy. CAN YOU SAY THEE MOST AMAZING DENTIST!!!! She greeted me at the door, her smile and empathetic nature and humor is unmatched, ok! I have never experienced such amazing customer service and just bedside manners as I did with Dr. Crissy. She made sure I was comfortable and just the encouragement of commending me on my teeth habits and giving tips to any concerns. Something as small as a head nod while I'm talking put any anxiety at ease. It made me say "Wow, I'm so glad I came in today." She then introduced me to Dr. Seihoun who was just as nice. He did a double look and saw my 1 cavity and told me next steps. I loved how she briefed him on everything and he made sure they both were in agreement with what they saw. I loved that the X-rays are done right there in the chair. I was in and out and I mean EVERYONE in that office was happy and welcoming. I now look forward to that 6month cleaning as now 3 days later my teeth feel so good. Great location and clean and open office. I even received a parting gift (which is so thoughtful). My whole family comes here. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I have been to businesses where I couldn’t trust my insurance to be billed correctly and it felt that services were being pushed on us that were not needed or wanted. Not so at this business. We are always given all available options and everything is explained clearly. I love this dentist!

I attempted to make an appointment this morning and I was told that I am "band" from making appointments because I have too many "no shows?" The receptionist then says that I missed 3 appointments in 2020? During the pandemic? I was sure that they mixed me up because I JUST received services in early 2024 with no problems. Silence on the call. I'm at a loss for words. Everything happens for a reason.

Absolutely fell in love with this place and I hate Dentists. Took care of me 100% and sent me to an endodontist that’s a friend of the dentist knowing I’m not from around here and could get completely screwed over by someone wanting to take my money. Appreciate Their professionalism and candidness. Hard to find.🫶🏽⛵️

Chrissy did my cleaning and was amazing! She was fast and her bubbly and funny personality put me right at ease. She is incredibly efficient at her job and made the entire experience as wonderful as going to the dentist can be! Thank you, Chrissy for ‘making me sparkle!’ Post Dental Arts’ staff is so friendly, and it’s clear they enjoy working there. Great customer service and fantastic dentistry. A great dentist, overall!
