Unfortunately, I have had my unit for 14 years straight. I have had nothing but the best service available to anyone. They have been polite, informative, helpful, and considerate to certain situations when policy has allowed it to be their discretion.i don't believe I will get this service anywhere else.

Rented a U-Haul and storage from john, he made the experience easy and quick.

I highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable, no-stress storage solution!

Need to open earlier and close later to accommodate the people who work and can't access unit until later hours open to late and close to early units need to be renovated inside and out cement rusted inside units only thing good about it is the reasonable prices the old lady who runs the place is absolutely rude cursed me out because I was granted access five minutes after it closed not my fault the gate opened up and let me in cursed me out real bad she needs to retire and find something else better to do with her time🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

The manager of this facility is a very nice woman. She cares for those who use her facility. This can be seen through her actions. She continually checks the grounds to ensure everything is as it should be. There are some units that are in need of repair, and I have seen the facilities maintenance person hard at work taking care of the things that are important to you. The unit that I won at auction has electrical lighting in it. This will facilitate moving and sorting things in a large storage unit. I see no evidence of water damage from leaks or rain or due to flooding. I purchased a 10' x 20' unit at auction and have been overwhelmed by the heat of July summer days more than once here. The manager through her kindness alotted me more time. This is something that she clearly did not have to do. More evidence that she cares for those on her property. I would recommend this facility for that reason alone.

Absolute worst storage place in Hampton Roads. The lady that runs the place is so inept you'd be lucky to find anything you left there. They are so outdated they make errors with credit cards and blame the customers. They haven't moved into the digital age or the computer age. They haven't really left the dark ages. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are a bunch of better reviewed storage comapnies close by!!

New management is great. Much improved property with new lights and cameras

The prices are good the customer service is ok except the office hours could b better and the gate hours need to b extended its almost impossable to get in if u work for a living
