Portscape Apartments

Good experience, property management and maintenance are very responsive. Obviously the location is desirable. Only concern was the sound transfer, I was in a lower unit and could hear everything upstairs. Owners should have opted for insulated/sound deadening ceilings and double demising walls before construction.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We absolutely LOVED living at Portscape Apartments. The management and maintenance are really great. The neighbors are wonderful. Being able to walk along a resort and through amazing shops/restaurants everyday was so nice. We will miss it.

Our Portscape apartment is attractive, light and airy, making it feel more like a house than an apartment. All appliances are high quality and well-maintained. The heating/air conditioning works like a dream. Snow removal and landscaping care are very well done. The area is safe and a delightful place to walk or run. I don't think I could dream up a more pleasant apartment or a more desirable neighborhood!

It's a very nice place to live. The rent is a bit up there. You do have the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants all within a minute or two walk.

So far so good but it’s only been a week. We do hear our neighbors walking upstairs. I’m finding I just need to accept it where ever I go. The condo/apartment is very nice. A few odds and ends that need attention but property manger was quick to get me on the repair list for following week and to what worked for me. I love the high ceilings and lay out. They are very well thought out. We’ve met a few neighbors and they’ve all been here a while and they all say they love it here so that says a lot. Our previous place no one had anything nice to say. I’m loving the porch and garage.

Two years ago, I moved here from Las Vegas. I needed a landing spot. I chose Portscape. It was a wonderful two years.I enjoyed the river front and the beach. The management is awesome. Allyson is always willing to help. The maintenance man, Jerry, is right on top of it ready to fix whatever goes wrong immediately. i’ve decided to stay in Sheboygan. So I bought a condo that is the only reason I’m leaving that apartment complex. It truly was comfortable and a joy to live there. I would recommend renting from Portscape to all .

This is an okay place. It does give a homey vibe & i love the open concept living room/kitchen. The property manger is also very kind. but I was not blessed with quiet upstairs neighbors. The walls here are very thin & can hear everything from screaming, running kids, washers, doors slamming, hammering, etc. I also felt very uncomfortable w/our neighbors installing cameras a few weeks after we moved in. Also neighbors are quiet nosy… not even being here a couple of months, we and possible others, i don’t really know, were accused of smoking weed on property with no evidence, all because they smelled it coming from around the area. Besides the neighbors, the water system here isn’t that great, hot showers don’t last long. Also when we moved in trash bins weren’t cleaned out & our laundry doors broke 2nd day here. I really wanted to like this place because of the attached garage & open space but being here almost a year, it’s just overpriced & not worth the money.

Amazing team they have behind the scenes. Toured these apartments and for the price point, it's a good amount of space and quality. Very quick to respond, and the property manager, Allison always makes an effort to make sure your questions or concerns are answered.

My stay at Portscape was great! I had a temporary assignment for work in Sheboygan, and they helped make my time here pleasant. Management was great, was helpful with all of my requests from maintenance, to where I can get a good meal in the area! I loved having the feel of home, and the neighbors were all very friendly.

I moved to Sheboygan with intention of buying a house shortly after my move. After living at Portscape for awhile, and struggling to find a house I would want to purchase, I decided to stay. I love the location, the management is friendly and helpful, and I enjoy being so close to downtown. Not to forget the view of the river from my patio is amazing!
