Great job from start to finish. We had to call Porter Pest Control into our home to deal with a situation. We were serviced by Cody, fine young man. He was very kind professional and caring on solving our issue . I would highly recommend this company for there courtesy and professionalism. Professional, personable, and responsive - best pest company we have used (and we have tried more than a few!). We saw Mike helping a neighbour and approached him to ask about his services. He took lots of time to discuss the options with me and did not try to upsell us on anything. His prices were incredibly fair and it was obvious that he was knowledgable. We had to deal with a large bold face hornet's nest at the roof line before installers came to replace eavestroughs, which would have posed a significant risk as these hornets are aggressive when intruders come near their nest. I got a quick response from Porter Pest Control, was quoted a very reasonable price and technician Mike arrived the next day. Great guy to chat with, very knowledgeable, and like me, a Harley guy! It was a 2 day process and the nest is gone, no survivors, except Mike of course. And me. They get it done at an affordable price. Thanks Mike!

Porter Pest Control is our pest control company that we use for monthly preventative maintenance. Mike Coutts is very knowledgeable and has a very high customer service standard that he stands behind. We at the Holiday Inn Express Ottawa Orleans highly recommend Mike and his team at Porter.

Porter Pest Control = professionalism at its best. Mike Coutts and team are not only very knowledgeable, their customer service is outstanding. Mike was kind and patient through every step of the process. From our initial call (where I didn’t even know what we were dealing with), through booking, having to schedule (and reschedule) around weather that didn’t want to cooperate, to initial spray, and then a follow up spray (Mike wanted to ensure that one specific area was well covered) Mike’s level of communication was solid and left me feeling at ease knowing it would be taken care of. Mike not only got rid of my “Pesty” Mud Daubers, he provided great service that he solidly stands behind.

We were redoing a ceiling and when the drywall was pulled down there was a bunch of mouse poop and pee on the plastic barrier. Called Porter and Mike was here within a couple of hours. Checked the ceiling and placed bait stations in the attic and around the house. He found the entry area and sealed it all. Great, fast service and explained everything so we felt comfortable!!! Thank you.

Mike was very professional and explained the whole removal process. He made sure the raccoons were removed and relocated in a humane way. We paid half of what other companies were charging.
