Port Stephens Optical - Tanilba Bay

Everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. My first experience ( just moved to Port Stephens) with Tanilba Bay Optometry & definitely not my last. Prices were good as well. So happy 😎

Friendly staff, with a good service attitude. Waiting time was short and the appointment went quickly also. The staff were very helpful with advice for types of specs and have a wide range of popular brands.

Went to have my eyes tested at Tanilba Bay store today! Wayne, Tania and Louise were fantastic. Everything was explained to me clearly and if I wasn’t sure they were ready to answer my questions. They made me laugh and helped me with a variety of products I needed. A+++++

Tall step and wire screen door a threat, watch out if your balance is is off they don’t have any safety rail to grab hold of its bloody dangerous I end up with split in skin above eye & a black eye plus a sprained wrist and heaps of bruises for my trouble! Plus a trip to hospital that took me 7 hours!

The staff at this location are so absolutely fabulously fantastic, they go above and beyond to make you welcome and comfortable, so professional and efficient, highly recommend 😁✅👌

From the Optometrist to the assistant helping me choose my glasses, time and care were taken. I was not rushed through at any time, as I have been at other establishments. I would totally recommend.

The staff were exceptional! We were greeted with a smile and they were very understanding and caring as we were visiting for an eye emergency for our young son. The optometrist was very friendly and thorough in her examination and kept our son calm throughout.
