Had a very last-minute call, and they were able to come in and help me out of a real bind. Definitely going to them again if I ever need more work done.

Evan was my technician. He was earlier than expected and very polite. I was nervous and stressed because I locked my keys in the car and 2 other people had tried with no success. He was a life saver , he opened my door with 5 min and had all the paperwork done in 2 more. I will defiantly recommend to others and use them again. He deserves 10 stars.

Kevin from Pop-A-Lock came out to the downtown New Orleans area to help me with a defective key, and he did a wonderful job. He was patient, understanding, and quick, super quick! He was also kind and respectful. I had to let him in and out of the garage, and he never once made it feel like a hassle. He went up and down the garage with no complaints, stayed professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the work he was doing. James was amazing. Fast, professional, friendly and shared his expertise when asked for advice. Highly recommend.

James was great. I was an hour and something away and he came to help me. He also asked if I needed for him to stop and get gas for me. My car had been running for awhile because my insurance company was sending a driver to help me but that driver canceled my request while I was on the phone with them.

James was very prompt. He explained what he had to do with the lock he rekeyed. Asked if we needed more spare keys than he was making for us. He was extremely polite and made me feel it was OK that my house was in a mess since we are trying to get rid of old things we don't need or use anymore. He made us feel very comfortable around him. Anthony was great to work with. He worked tirelessly to help us get into our Airbnb combination door. He didn't give up and had another guy come over and try. Richard got it to open and got us in at 2:00am. Boy were great. Give'um a raise!
