I was shopping around for a new pool pump, I wanted to upgrade to a variable speed pool pump in order to save on energy cost, I looked around did my homework. These pool pumps are pretty expensive. I posted on NextDoor app. To see if I could get any feedback from my neighbors. One of the messages I received was from Luana at Poolwerx Weston. She gave me the information on a Madimack variable speed pool pump, wifi included not as an upgrade, with a great 5 yr. warranty and great price. She put me in contact with Tim from PoolWerx Weston, This was last Friday, Tim just left here today, installed my new Super quiet Madimack variable speed pool pump, took his time to explain & show me how everything works. Tim and the Poolwerx team was great! The showed up on time, provided a detailed assessment and selection quotes to choose from. We replaced, the entire filtration sytem, pump and heater. Tim spent time walking me through the features and equipmennt. The work was completed professionally on time and with quality. Would definitely use them again!

I hired them to change a breaker because my pool pump kept tripping. They were professional and scheduled me right away. However, the owner “Tim” suggested I contact Pentair first to see if the issue could be the pump vs the breaker. Pentair gave me a new board & motor so my Christmas came early due to this honest business who didn’t just want to take my money, but would rather the issue be fixed. Hard to find any honest businesses in Sofla but I found one and would definitely recommend PoolWerks to anyone for my excellent customer service experience.

Tim was excellent! Explained everything very clearly, did a great job on the pool motor installation and was very punctual.

Had a great experience with poolwerx would definitely use them again in the future if need be had the jandy truclear salt system installed and love the new system, worker Tim walked me through operating the system and the timer and everything works great.
