I am writing to give an outstanding review for a Pool technician Brian, from Pools R Us after struggling with many issues and inconsistent service from previous companies, we have finally found a Pool Guy that we can trust! From the moment he took over our pool became sparkling clear and the chemical balance has been perfect he is not only knowledgeable, but also completely on this and transparent about what needs to be done. He even takes the time to answer our questions and explain how the equipment works, which we really appreciate as we can be clueless at times. It’s so nice to simply be able to enjoy our pool rather than worry about it during the summer. We highly recommend Brian and Pools R Us. He has been our savior this year as we have had so many issues and he’s always right there to help.. Brian is a true professional. Booking with Pools R Us was a breeze. Brian responded quickly and was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I had to reschedule a few times. He showed up on time and thoroughly explained each step of the pool-opening process. He even went the extra mile to repair the pump cord and handle. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the added repair. Once he was finished, he cleaned up the area and followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Brian did an outstanding job. It's very rare to find that kind of dedication these days. I truly appreciate the care and attention he puts into his work. I would highly recommend Pools R Us. I've been a pool owner for over 30 years so I know what I'm talking about when I say Brian and Pools R Us will honestly exceed your expectations. Brian immediately responded to a problem I was having. He resolved it quickly, and then I also had some weekly maintenance while away and even installed an upgrade. Very honest, open, timely, responsive, accommodating,respectful and knowledgeable. A total joy to work with.. Don't hesitate to contact for any of your pool needs.

Our pump failed shortly after opening for the season. Brian immediately guided us towards a replacement. With the extreme temperatures, he reached out daily to check on the status of the pool. He maintained communication throughout so we knew exactly when he would come. He was professional, respectful of our property, and thorough. We definitely recommend him for his services!
