I am writing to give an outstanding review for a Pool technician Brian, from Pools R Us after struggling with many issues and inconsistent service from previous companies, we have finally found a Pool Guy that we can trust! From the moment he took over our pool became sparkling clear and the chemical balance has been perfect he is not only knowledgeable, but also completely on this and transparent about what needs to be done. He even takes the time to answer our questions and explain how the equipment works, which we really appreciate as we can be clueless at times. It’s so nice to simply be able to enjoy our pool rather than worry about it during the summer. We highly recommend Brian and Pools R Us. He has been our savior this year as we have had so many issues and he’s always right there to help.. Brian is a true professional. Booking with Pools R Us was a breeze. Brian responded quickly and was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I had to reschedule a few times. He showed up on time and thoroughly explained each step of the pool-opening process. He even went the extra mile to repair the pump cord and handle. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the added repair. Once he was finished, he cleaned up the area and followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly.
