Wade and Team did an excellent job on our in-ground salt water pool installation. During the contract signing process went over pros and cons of eacb element (type of pool, equipment, covers, layout, etc…), which is highly appreciative. During build, the team was very detail oriented during each phase of the build. Had any questions they were answered within 24hrs. At completion went thru Pool School. Have since spoken with Wade about future upgrades and have no doubt they will exceed our expectations. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a pool built.

In 2022 we bought a house in which Wade and Pool Trends had installed a pool in 2019 when the house was built. I initially talked to Wade during the house inspection at which time he said they would not service the pool, which I found strange. Since then I have tried to contact Pool Trends and have left several messages reguarding questions and possible modifications we wanted to make. To date, I have never received any communication back from Wade or Pool Tends. We ended up using someone else for our modifications. Not sure how well they stand behind their installs.

Wade and Nick have been building pools for over 30 years and it shows! Wade, Nick and his crew did a great job with the installation of our salt water pool. Our pool is beautiful! Can't wait for the spring to be able to enjoy it. I would highly recommend Pool Trends to anyone.

New pool installed quickly without sacrificing quality! They made sure that everything was done correctly and the grading work/decking support around the pool is excellent. There was an issue with the heat pump not working when started up (equipment issue not installation), but they showed great customer service by quickly getting a replacement installed so that we can enjoy our pool into the fall. We initially contacted Pool Trends on a referral from a previous customer and we would not hesitate to refer them to others as well!

Customer service is top notch. We didn’t end up putting in a pool, but Wade was extremely helpful and treated us with respect even though we didn’t end up pulling the trigger. Awesome guy! I will definitely recommend to any friends that are interested in putting in a pool

We had a pool installation from Pool Trends in 2018. The quality, timeliness, and customer service was exceptional. We enjoyed our first full year of swimming and enjoyed every moment. Wade and his crew install quality products and open and close our pool. Very trustworthy folks you can depend on. They were here every day until our pool was finished. From the start Wade explained everything to us about the installation and products he uses. Very informative and always answers his phone or text for any questions. I would do it all again with Pool Trends.

Really can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Wade, Nick, and the entire crew. Building a pool can be quite stressful and expensive! All along the way I knew I could call Wade with any questions or concerns and he would immediately alleviate them. They were very good about setting expectations on completion and even finished the job two weeks earlier than promised! The workmanship is top notch, they were very consultative when I needed to reduce the budget, the workers were professional at all times, and the time Wade spent providing me with "pool school" was more than ample.
