Rafael is a consumate professional. He is knowledgeable with great attention to detail. Before digging, breaking and/or otherwise worsening an existing issue having Pool Spa provide a complete diagnostic test of your pools systems, set up, returns and structure will save your time, money and give you peace of mind. He came to our house in Culebra and in a few ours had our issue isolated. Thank you Rafael!
