Rafael did a great job fixing our hot tub which had a malfunctioning pump. The pump was not readily available in PR but he helped us order it online from Europe. Despite all of the difficulties with obtaining the pump and transporting it to PR, he was absolutely correct in his diagnosis of our problem. Our hot tub is fixed and we are very pleased!

Rafael is the best! He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our pool has not been cleaner and more well balanced. The water sparkles. He successfully diagnosed some issues we were having and helped to replace and repair equipment that was broken and not working properly. He takes the time to explain the issues and helps you to know ways to solve them. He even helped us get the parts and he installed them properly. The services that Rafael and his staff offer are extraordinary. The regular pool maintenance is fairly priced and my pool always looks great. When my pump timer was not working well, the problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly, as one of his technical staff is a licensed electrician. When I began to have problems with my tile grout, Rafael completely prepped the entire pool and sought out the expertise to install epoxy grout; again for a very fair price.
