Pool Safety Barrier Inspections, based in Bayside, provide pool & spa barrier certification services.
Our total fee including the certificate is $240 & we don't charge for reinspections or have any hidden fees. If noncompliance is identified, we provide detailed inspection reports detailing how owners can achieve compliance. This includes solutions and trade or DIY recommendations.
Our VBA registered Inspector can issue Certificates of Compliance within 24 hours.
We also conduct inspections on behalf of Real Estate Agents, Body Corporates & Property Management Companies.

Chris was fantastic! He responded to my request immediately and was able to come out to do the inspection within a very reasonable period of time. He was informative and thorough, and easy to deal with. The report and certificate came through the next day. Highly recommend :)
