I have always brought my cat to your store for grooming, but this time two unacceptable incidents occurred: 1. My cat only had a haircut, without a bath, yet the new staff at the counter charged me the same fee as a full “haircut + bath” package. 2. More seriously, my cat’s bottom was injured and bleeding after the grooming. Your staff explained that it was due to the cat having diarrhea five times, but I had clearly informed them in advance that my cat is terrified of the blow dryer and requested not to use it. Despite this, the blow dryer was used, causing my cat extreme stress. In fact, my cat was calm and stable at the beginning of the grooming, which is why I felt comfortable leaving—only to return and find this situation.

I brought my small dog, Paquito, to Pompom Pets for a rather unusual haircut—a mullet style—and they absolutely delivered! The groomer was attentive, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. He listened carefully to my request and gave Paquito exactly the look I was hoping for. He came out looking adorable, happy, and rocking his mullet with style. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a grooming salon that goes above and beyond!

Important Warning About Pompom Cat Services I want to share my experience with Pompom Cat Services to inform other pet owners. After having my cats shaved there on two separate occasions, they developed ringworm infections. This is the only grooming service I’ve used, and my cats are strictly indoors with no contact with other animals, so I believe the infection likely originated from their facility. When I raised this issue with the staff, they denied any responsibility, but the owner mentioned that similar incidents have happened with other cats in the past. Despite my concerns, no solutions were offered, and I was told that my cat might be “sensitive” to shaving. However, my cats were groomed here before without any issues, so something appears to have changed. Additionally, I noticed that the vehicle used for transporting pets is not a specialized pet transport vehicle but rather a rented delivery car, which I found inappropriate and potentially unhygienic. Unfortunately, after voicing my concerns, the owner informed me they would no longer accept my cats for grooming because I raised complaints. I hope this review helps other pet owners make an informed decision.

I had an excellent experience at Pom Pom Groomers! The staff were friendly, professional, and really gentle with my dog. They took great care to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure my pup was comfortable throughout. The grooming was thorough, and my dog came out looking clean, fresh, and happy. Very very bad service. They lied they said they have groomed rabbits before it's tough to find grooming places for rabbits so when they said they had experience I was happy They tortured the hell out of my rabbit. Unprofessional like totally unprofessional. They don't know anything abt grooming a rabbit. Rabbits scream during stress my rabbit was screaming. They continously dropped him and when I said u can't give them a bath they were giving him a bath. Thank god I noticed and stopped them. Rabbits can't get wet so he could hv died. When i raised this issue to them they had the audacity to tell me to come for a free grooming session like I wouldn't want to go there to torture my rabbit again. Like if u have a rabbit pls don't go there they don't know what they are doing and rabbits are scared of loud noises they were blow drying him with loud noises my boy kept falling down. I was also a new pet owner I thought it was normal. I went to a much better salon day before and they treated my boy with so much of love so professional. I won't mention the name of the salon cause u might think that I am lying and all to promote another salon but believe me never ever go to this salon so unhygienic and unprofessional. My boy was traumatised when we got hoke he hardly ate he was hidden in a corner and his fur had gotten rough These are the photos down here . Literally never again am I taking him there. I am not lying when I say this but I cried seeing my rabbit all quiet and traumatised. When I complained the apolgized saying that they didn't knownlike I forgave them but when I think abt it now I should have sued them EDIT: Just now saw the owners reply. I find it very disappointing that instead of addressing the real issue your staff’s complete mishandling of my rabbit you’re trying to discredit my review by falsely claiming there are duplicate reviews. There are no fake reviews; my experience was real, and I have the photos to prove it. If the review was posted again, it was only because I initially thought my review didn’t go through. That does not change the fact that everything I said is true. You claimed to have experience grooming rabbits, but your staff repeatedly dropped my rabbit, ignored my warning that rabbits should not be bathed, and used loud blow dryers despite knowing how sensitive rabbits are to noise. My rabbit was traumatized, stopped eating, and hid in fear after the visit. If this is what you consider ‘professional grooming,’ then you should not be handling rabbits at all. Like brother do u have no idea about how sensitive rabbits are and u have the audacity to lie saying u do rabbit services like bruh be so fr. Like u used loud blow dryers and dropped him and had already wet his face part until i came and told u to stop like jeez bro and u say my experience is fake even after these pictures then u literally literally need to self-introspect yourself cause wow. This isnt some other business boosting propoganda little bro I have no business or business connection do a deep check on me and u will know. I am a real person and a real customer who experienced this so dont try to gaslight my experience. I saw ur other replies on the negative reviews like bro u r so full of yourself i cant even. Atleast next time say u dont groom rabbits instead of traumatizing those poor things I don’t even have a business, so your accusation of ‘business abuse’ makes no sense. Instead of making false claims, you should focus on improving your services and properly training your staff. I stand by my review, and any responsible pet owner can see the truth in my words. Like bro I have picture proof and still you have the audacity to come here and say business abuse. Oh and instead of petty fighting with the people who left bad reviews why dont you try to improve and maybe next time dont lie about knowing about rabbit grooming.

Excellent team, exceptional customer service and great value for money pet care! Visited them on September 2 for the grooming of our cat Cotton. Jen at the reception was so friendly and accommodating. Mohammed and Tony did an excellent job on making sure that Cotton is comfortable. We are so satisfied with how they groomed Cotton. Their team is a great example of how customer service should be delivered. Highly recommended!

Ate Jenny was very accommodating and kind towards me answering all my inquiries about their services.On the other hand, pet groomers Kuya Tony and Mohammed were very diligent to their work. Even tho my cat became aggressive, they still manage to give my cat the best hair cut as possible. Looking forward to go back again for another grooming sesh next month. Thanks to the team!

Even if it's only cooper's 2nd time going to the groomers, he was very calm which shows that the groomers really know how to handle our pets. They will ask you what is your preferred hair cut and they did a great job! We will definitely go back for Cooper's next grooming. :)

Amazing job done by the groomer. And there is coffee shop next door so you can enjoy nice cup of coffee while your pup is getting haircut. Will be back for sure!
