I have always brought my cat to your store for grooming, but this time two unacceptable incidents occurred:
1. My cat only had a haircut, without a bath, yet the new staff at the counter charged me the same fee as a full “haircut + bath” package.
2. More seriously, my cat’s bottom was injured and bleeding after the grooming. Your staff explained that it was due to the cat having diarrhea five times, but I had clearly informed them in advance that my cat is terrified of the blow dryer and requested not to use it. Despite this, the blow dryer was used, causing my cat extreme stress. In fact, my cat was calm and stable at the beginning of the grooming, which is why I felt comfortable leaving—only to return and find this situation.
