I just wanna take a moment to say how grateful my husband and I are to Nathan and his amazing business. Nathan was very professional, friendly, and even great with our two year old son who kept showing him his collection of cars throughout his entire time here! Thank you sir for repairing our refrigerator and the great conversation! We’ll know who to reach out to in the future for any other appliance problems we may encounter!

These guys are amazing! I started out doubtful because these kinds of repair visits can be frustrating. But this was across the board top rate! Kevin Robinson came to our place today to repair or dishwasher and he went above and beyond for us! Not only did he fix the problem, but he also taught us how to maintain the dishwasher, when to clean, how to clean and he saved everyone money and hassle. We didn't have to get a n ew machine and we now know how to use ours. more efficiently. I must say I was edgy with the front office when scheduling the appointment and now I see I was being a nuisance because this was far and away one of the best experiences we've had in Eugene with appliance repair. We would unqualifiedly recommend this company, and Kevin to everyone!
