My home being twelve years old now, we began experiencing some appliance issues over the past year. Under my appliance insurance “Polished Appliance Repair” was called in. Our first experience with this shop. I cannot say enough superlatives for the office and tech support. Nothing but kindness, expert knowledge as to how to repair issues , how to save money and how to prevent further issues. The people I dealt with were high quality, well spoken and well educated on manufacturing and quality of brands involved. Of course it took a bit of time for repairs, parts orders , etc. All reasonable! If a previous customer has had what they call a bad experience , perhaps they should examine their own response to the people they dealt with. These are busy , hard working people.
