After moving into a new property i approached polar windows for a total replacement for all windows, front door and patio doors which was to be done over a three day period. Sales process was straightforward, my preferences were taken into consideration. Mickey and Cal worked together well and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving. Highly recommended.

Mickey and Cal did an excellent job fitting our new door. The finish is spot on — it fits perfectly and looks great. They were friendly, professional, and worked really neatly throughout. We’re very pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!

We had new French doors fitted to replace the old ones and are extremely pleased with them. Polar windows have been a great company to deal with from start to finish and competitively priced. The fitters were very professional, they arrived on time and did an excellent job leaving everything clean and tidy at the end. I would definitely recommend them and go back to them again.

Albeit I placed a small order with Polar Windows I still recieved the best service from them. Sales assistant was friendly and made no fuss when I said I'd think about my decision. (No particular reason but I do with everything to make sure). Micky and Carl arrived on time very friendly but didnt waste time fitting my door. Left after sweeping and wiping up after them. I've now had a week to 'test it' and overall I'm really pleased with the result.

I have used Polar Windows for many years for my own business, I like to keep things local where possible, you can’t beat being able to go into Polars HQ and have a coffee and discuss your jobs requirements in person. For me quality and integrity is key, many other companies have over promised and under delivered however Polar has always delivered. James has kept me in the loop and delivered excellent customer service and managing mine and my clients expectations. I personally wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this loyal local family run business.

We have delt with Polar windows over a few years,having our windows replaced in stages. Such a nice,friendly company to deal with, and without any pressure to sign on the dotted line. Very professional and tidy installation teams, and a real quality product. We have no problem recommending Polar windows.

Micky & Cal attended to install the door knocker, door handles and draught excluder, which the puppy had taken a liking to, very efficient, courteous and super fast. All in all our experience with Polar Windows has been excellent, we are even having another 4 windows replaced in teh New Year.
