Josh replaced my compressor on my GE Cafe Refrigerator. He did a first class job and explained the entire process which I appreciated. While he was here I pointed out some ice around my freezer door and he replaced my door seal. He also adjusted the door as needed. I highly recommend Josh and his company for appliance repair and installation.

There are internal delays that are being worked on. All is good. :) Update, 12/4/25. I received the freezer / defrost device from UPS on 12/2. With the unknown issues that Josh has been working on for the past few weeks. He completed the task of getting the part! I got behind on the follow up with him, but Josh got it done. Excellent job! The freezer is working normally.

very bad service. They came without telling me upfront that they will charge a very high diagnosis fee. After the technician spent several minutes, they told me to replace the appliance, and the diagnosis fee would be applied as credit towards installation. After I got the new appliance, another technician with barely any tools, checked several minutes and find some excuses not to do the installation and run away. They also refused to refund the installation deposit too. Very bad company and people!!!

Joshua was awesome! He showed up to fix my washer the day after I called. It is running great and I am so happy. This is the second time I have used this company and couldn't be happier. The first was for my oven. I hope they stay in business for a really long time. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly personality and so helpful. Offered a detail description of was was going wrong with my refrigerator and fixed it fast! I would recommend Point Appliance highly.

Very disappointed with this company. They’ve come out to my elderly neighbor’s home three times to fix her dishwasher, charged her over $400, and still haven’t solved the issue. When I politely asked the technician why the problem hadn’t been fixed after multiple visits, he became defensive and threatened to leave. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in front of an elderly woman who just wants her appliance working. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. This kind of service is unacceptable—overpriced, ineffective, and rude. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This is the third or fourth time we've called the company for appliance repairs and their turnaround time is very fast, diagnosis and getting to the problem was accurate and repaired quickly. Josh is a pleasure to work with with a great attitude and a lot of knowledge. I'm so relieved that we have finally found a reliable and trustworthy appliance maintenance company with fair and reasonable pricing. It doesn't get any better than this.

Josh is very professional knowledgeable experience no stuff our I will give him a 10 but all I can give him as a five he is very efficient easy to talk to reliable and his own time and gets the job done he’s a good quality man. He clean up behind himself. I would give him my 20th if I could and tell his boss to give him a raise.

Josh was extremely efficient in repairing our Traeger grill. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Pointe Appliance for any appliance repairs.

Chelsea was great scheduling an appointment fast and giving an exact quote for my dryer repair and Josh was awesome! He fixed it in 10 minutes! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any other appliance repairs in the future.
