Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We stayed in contact with this company through email about an available apartment. They confirmed the address and told us to come by on Wednesday. We showed up, only to find out another couple had already come the day before and left a deposit for the same unit, yet no one ever emailed or called to let us know it was taken. We understand how the process works, that an apartment isn’t guaranteed until a deposit is made. The issue isn’t that. The issue is the complete lack of communication. We were in contact with Jan the same day the other couple came in. She could’ve simply emailed us afterward to let us know the unit was no longer available and saved us a 35-minute drive from work. That’s just basic professionalism. We were literally handed the keys and had them taken back within minutes because of “miscommunication.” The office was messy, papers everywhere, and clearly unorganized. Calling doesn’t help either, it just goes straight to voicemail, and no one calls you back. Now we’re getting emails saying we owe $400, and now another saying we owe over $1,000 for an apartment we never even signed a lease for. When we finally got our money orders back, they were the same ones the office had already written on. Sam, the employee we dealt with, said he’d mail them back through USPS, and when I asked how long that would take, he said, “I’m not in control of USPS.” Then he told us we could just pick them up ourselves, meaning drive 35 minutes, for the third time. This whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I would like to give all three ladies that were handling my application process a great big kudos!! I am very impatient person and feel that I’m entitled to know the ends and out of every process regarding Me!!! Especially when it something new and I’ve never dealt with it before. No matter how many times I called / bad phone connection and all they still dealt with me with kindness, patience, and professionalism and I appreciate you all for that. Thank you

So far we've called 3 times about our central unit going out and nothing has been done. In 100° weather and it's boiling hot in our apartment. The staff is friendly yes. But packs in maintenance.

So far, we’ve been in our place for a little over a year. The maintenance team is fantastic, very responsive. If they don’t get back to you, just call again, they have lots of properties and lots of vendors. The place we live in has its issues but it’s honestly amazing for being built in 1920s. I’ll be sticking with this realty company while in San Antonio.

I just love PMI they made everything so easy as far as getting an application for the property that you choose and of course the property was in an amazing location and it's very easy to communicate with anyone at the office or if you can't there's always someone else there to get you in contact with someone who can help you. Overall I have to say this realty company has been so genuine and nice and helps you out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into a new rental and deal with very decent pricing and a good location

I am forever grateful to this company and Sam. I moved here 3 yrs ago from Illinois and was so busy I had to find a place last min.they did a video tour. I accepted and been in my home for years. Love the maintenance guys. I've had no issues.

Sam and Yolanda make office visits pleasant. Always very nice and their maintenance manager Arvin is honestly the best I've experienced since I've been renting at the age of 19yrs old. Now at 35 I doubt anyone can top their services.

Nicole Gebhart with Pmi Profit Realty was extremely nice and very helpful at finding me an apartment the met my needs in a really tight spot for me and I'm very grateful of her and the company and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks **UPDATE** Sam and Tessa helped me find yet another place. This company is hands down amazing.

Owner of the house has 98% of the time refused to repair the parts of the house that are health hazards. Yet I pay the rent. When someone does come to fix the issue, the repair is worse than the original issue. The trees in the backyard, that had serious deadfall limbs, I paid for the removal. The landlord refused to pay for it. Now the front yard tree is literally falling apart and coming out of the ground, he won't pay for either. The arborist advised us not to park in front of our house to protect our cars. Just a few pics.

I met the owner of PMI Profit Realty about 3 years ago. He was not concerned that we only had a few houses his area. Nothing was too small to handle. At the time, I was looking to take the burden off my plate. The ability to let Sam and his team take care of everything has been a HUGE relief. They took over the phone calls, the rent, the home issues and gave us the peace of mind that it was all ok. I have needed a few favors over the years and Sam Mariposa bent over backward to resolve them. He even found a buyer for a project at the last minute when no one else would tackle it! Thank you for all you and the team do.
