Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We stayed in contact with this company through email about an available apartment. They confirmed the address and told us to come by on Wednesday. We showed up, only to find out another couple had already come the day before and left a deposit for the same unit, yet no one ever emailed or called to let us know it was taken. We understand how the process works, that an apartment isn’t guaranteed until a deposit is made. The issue isn’t that. The issue is the complete lack of communication. We were in contact with Jan the same day the other couple came in. She could’ve simply emailed us afterward to let us know the unit was no longer available and saved us a 35-minute drive from work. That’s just basic professionalism. We were literally handed the keys and had them taken back within minutes because of “miscommunication.” The office was messy, papers everywhere, and clearly unorganized. Calling doesn’t help either, it just goes straight to voicemail, and no one calls you back. Now we’re getting emails saying we owe $400, and now another saying we owe over $1,000 for an apartment we never even signed a lease for. When we finally got our money orders back, they were the same ones the office had already written on. Sam, the employee we dealt with, said he’d mail them back through USPS, and when I asked how long that would take, he said, “I’m not in control of USPS.” Then he told us we could just pick them up ourselves, meaning drive 35 minutes, for the third time. This whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I would like to give all three ladies that were handling my application process a great big kudos!! I am very impatient person and feel that I’m entitled to know the ends and out of every process regarding Me!!! Especially when it something new and I’ve never dealt with it before. No matter how many times I called / bad phone connection and all they still dealt with me with kindness, patience, and professionalism and I appreciate you all for that. Thank you
