I was a General Contractor for over 20 years but my health has deteriorated significantly over the past 5 years and I have not been able to continue my career. That being said, both of my parents passed away recently and left my sister and I their condo in Mississauga. I now live over an hour and a half away and am not physically able to do any of the updates or repairs needed in order to sell the condo myself. My sister tried the “Jiffy” app to have some plumbing repaired in the condo. They did a horrible job and charged us a fortune. That’s where Laith from PlumbingPal came in. We called him and within an hour he was there. He did “Proper” repairs the all plumbing, including replacing all abs piping under the sinks with Condo Corp Code PVC as well as replacing all valves and connections. He replaced an ancient toilet, fixed the cartridges and diverter in the on-suite shower, replaced the kitchen sink and re-plumbed all dishwasher and drain connections. He used high quality valves, pipes, braided hoses, etc. everything was done to the highest of standards! He then discovered a leak in the main condo line that has been causing damage for years that my parents were continually being blamed for. The condo corp then sent in their own plumber to “rectify” the leak but in turn ended up flooding our condo. Laith ended up showing the superintendent where the proper main shut-offs were and got the water stopped. The remediation costs for the flood have surpassed $10,000.00. I visually inspected all of Laith’s work and was completely astonished at how professionally and Properly his work was done. I will say one thing. As a GC for so many years, I had my own teams of Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, etc. but I wish I knew of Laith back then because he would have been my Go-To guy if I needed a job done RIGHT! It doesn’t hurt that he is one of the kindest and most honest people I have ever met and that is Not hyperbole! I have never posted a stronger recommendation in my career and doubt I will ever again.

Laith was very responsive, efficient and courteous. Our Pfister toilet needed a unique fill valve and not the standard height he had so he ran out to get the required one. The final cost was as he had initially quoted. Very professional and will definitely use his services again.

I was very pleased with the service from Laith The Plumber and the owner when I called about a clogged bathroom drain he showed up after the call quickly . After listening to my explanation of the problem, he was very quick to outline what needed to be done and at what cost. Laith was great at answering any questions and concerns of mine, and he offered good advice about how to prevent a recurrence of the clog. He focused on his work to unclog the drain and he did not try to pressure me into any add on work and costs. Thank you very much Laith you are simply the best
