I have been using a different plumbing company for years but recently had the opportunity to request a job from Plumbing Solutions of WNC. I was always pleased with the other company’s work but always had the feel that I was paying more than I should. Unfortunately, when you are dealing with plumbing repair, you don’t have the time to shop around for a better price. But, when it was recommended to me that I replace the well pressure tank, I decided to see what Plumbing Solutions would charge for the same job. While the first company wanted more than $2100 to replace the tank, Plumbing Solutions did the job for less than half of that. I was kept informed of Ray’s projected arrival time, including a short unavoidable delay. Ray made quick work of the job, explained what he had done and cleaned up the work area at job completion. One note to future customers – Plumbing Solutions will charge a percentage adder if you pay by credit or debit card. This has become a more prevalent practice as companies seek to remain competitive and still profitable. But I was able to pay by check. You might want to confirm this if you contract them for a job. I will definitely call on Plumbing Solutions of WNC for future plumbing work.
