Highly recommend- don’t have enough good words to say. Process was efficient and prompt from first contact. Extremely responsive, easy process and great communication at the office end and the plumber who came out was brilliant and solved all the issues and more importantly explained why they were happening which I never experienced before. As a sole house dweller who is not gifted with DIY skills in any form, it’s a relief more than one can appreciate how good it is to find such a dependable business. If I could find a handyman, electrician and mechanic now in the same vein, I’d be sorted!

We had a serious leak from a pipe in our living room ceiling. The office were always very prompt in their communication. The leak turned out to be a very tricky job as the house is old and locating the source of the leak proved difficult. Eric did an excellent and extremely thorough investigation of the cause, and found and stopped the leak. Very professional and always working on behalf of the customer, wanting to avoid big costs, I would highly recommend Plumbing Services to anyone. Thank you to the whole team.

Really great! We had a leak over the weekend and they had someone out within hours. Had this sorted in no time at all. They have great service and are very good at coming back to you. Highly recommend them.

Plumbing Services were professional, efficient and quickly fixed a leak for me while installing a new cylinder. They did a fantastic job and fully explained to me the work they were doing - highly recommend.

They are doing a perfect job for my gas pipe fixing. Wayne made a good plan. And he and another Engineer put it quickly. A heavy job was finished only in one day. The pipe goes in to connect my boiler in a perfect way. Also they always give quick and detailed response when I had further questions. Phone line call staff is also very friendly. Great gas service company. Many thanks to bring my heater and hot water back!

Eric was an absolute gentlemen and very professional. Highly recommend them and Kirsty was very quick to find me a plumber on Sunday before Christmas!

Indirectly then directly dealing with company via my really terrible management agency for rental. In the end didn’t get work done to be clear but found trying to get dates that worked for me (I work from home) for 3-4 days work very difficult. Maybe as it’s rental or not emergency, just my experience.

I would highly recommend this company, I got two jobs done recently, very happy with the service both times, very helpful advise and straight to the point, Mark, who did the first job, and Wayne, who did the latest job, were both friendly and polite, and did their jobs to the highest standard, also the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be using their service again
