Eric and Elias came by did a fantastic job on my fridge valve and also helped me with my water heater. I would give more than five stars. Great work highly recommend. Low prices I’ll definitely be calling them back.

I called yesterday 12/28 (Sunday) at 2:45 for an issue with my water heater. I was given a window of 4-6. I got a call at 5:30 that someone was on their way, understandable it's a weekend. When Eric arrived he apologized for being late, as he was the only one working. I was honestly fine with it , as we were home anyways with no plans. He admittedly checked the water heater and showed me everything that he was doing. Well turns out we needed a new one which I wasn't shocked about. He explained to me what happened and showed me why it needed to be replaced. He also made sure to go over everything in detail and why certain parts were being replaced. I was very happy with his work and he answered every question we had. He was extremely professional and thorough! My daughter even plans to use him in a few weeks as well. We will be customers for life!! Thank you, Eric for all your hardwork!!

These guys are awesome. Best plumbing service in El Paso. Had an issue with 3 of my sinks and they came out immediately and fix the issues and looked at other issues I had concerns with. Eric and Elias were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys and I would not use anyone else from now on. They were also very honest and explained everything so I could understand.

Eric and Isea installed my water heater. They’re work was very professional and down to detail. They took the time to inform me of the do and don’t on my new water heater. I can tell they love they’re job because they also took the extra time to checked my other faucets throughout my house. Who does that? It was a very expensive day for me but I am very pleased at the work they did and also gave me peace of mind to know that I finally have someone I can call the next time I need a plumber. This company is outstanding! We got service for a plugged drain within hours of placing our call. The two gentlemen that arrived Aaron and Ryan were by far the most professional and proficient plumbers I have ever met. They explained everything they were doing as they were working, took care to move small breakable items. I will keep their number in my phone book, no need to ever call a different plumber in El Paso!

Five stars for Eric! He immediately pinpointed the main valve leak and fixed the issue completely. He was efficient and clearly went above and beyond to ensure a lasting repair!
