We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Plumbing Method in Chino, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Our kitchen, which was stuck in 1987, has been transformed with sleek European model cabinets, a modern farmhouse sink, and beautiful new floors. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. A special thanks to Jason, their talented plumber, for his expert work, and to Sonya, who coordinated everything flawlessly. We also want to recognize Samy, who did an exceptional job as our contractor. His attention to detail and dedication really shone through. Cori and team did an excellent work on our main sewer line. Cori spotted the clog at the main sewer line junction right in front of our house. There was a mix up on the quote but Cori honor it anyways with some adjustments on the service. His team went straight to work and replace our junction with a new main cleanout. It's been a couple days now and the sewer line is flowing as new. Thanks Cori. Will definitely recommend Cori. He is knowledgeable and reliable.

My service tech Jason Arola was incredibly professional and upfront about what charges and costs. He's patient and goes above and beyond on how to file a warranty claim. I needed new pop-up drains installed as well as a new cartridge for my shower handle. What's great about Jason is that he works clean. You would never know a plumber was in my house except for things working properly now. Cost wise might be a bit pricey for some but having everything working in the house as it should without the added time and effort to do any clean-up afterward is well worth the price personally. If you do choose to go with Plumbing Method, I highly recommend you request Jason as the tech that responds to your service call. He even wears booties before entering your home.

I hope my review can be helpful for many of you out there. Please read this carefully before you decide to work with this company. My experience with this company was extremely horrible. Firstly, you always have to chase them from day 1. They are not professional at follow ups, they do NOT show up on time, it takes days to receive a response or sometimes no response at all. Moreover, they don’t show up without any notification and they even go MIA. Their skills were unprofessional as well. Whenever they came into finish the job where they left off, new problems occurred. So basically you start off with a small issue and it gets bigger and bigger. They moved all our cabinets and dry walls where it was affected by the water leak damage. I personally thought it wasn’t necessary for some areas. Though, I trusted Cori. Cori, the owner promised us help process the insurance claim. But they just go MIA after all this mess they made to our kitchen and the dining area at my home. - I tried calling and txt messaging Cori’s personal cell phone. No response. I emailed him. No response. I tried everything I can to reach them, but it was impossible to get hold of them. So, I decided to visit their place by following the address listed on Google. It was a residential area. There was no such place called “Pluming Methods” Be aware of these issues before you decide to hire this company.
