My water pipes froze in my garage for the well and house- I was able to turn things off so it wasn’t an emergency call. Anthony contacted me quickly, came over at the agreed time and gave a great free inspection filled with information. He was very helpful, friendly and polite. I would call him again with any plumbing needs. A friend of mine also used him and highly recommended him and his wife to me. I agree with my friend and highly recommend Plumbing Concepts, Joliet!

Plumbing Concepts did an excellent job cleaning out tree roots from our pipes! Anthony can out quickly when we had unexpected problems. He explained everything thoroughly, from the beginning of the job to future maintenance. We would recommend Anthony to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Anthony was very knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job installing my new pumps, explained the new system, and was very neat. Took the time to answer all of my questions before, during, and after installation. I highly recommend him.

SAVED THE DAY! My sewer backed up into my house and they came out within a couple of hours. They did the work at a reasonable price and were very thorough and helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. Anthony gave me tips to help me in the future too. They did work for me a few years ago and I didn’t hesitate to call them when this happened. Then I had them come out a few days later to install some other plumbing I needed to replace. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need anything, they are the best!

Anthony was phenomenal to work with. We had corroded pipes that seeped into our air ducts. He came immediately and started work the very next morning. Working diligently for 3 days straight so that we could get back into our home ASAP. He was so easy to communicate with and kept us up to date every step of they. He will forever be my plumber guy. Could not recommend him enough.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Plumbing Concepts Inc., Anthony did an amazing job fixing the crazy and horrible issue I had. I come home from an extremely stressful work week ,on a Friday evening, just to find my bathroom ceiling leaking, (ceiling fell down slowly throughout the night) I couldn't get a hold of anyone willing to come out right away or on a Saturday morning. Anthony responded to my call right away and showed up first thing Saturday morning. He gave me a great quote and we set a date for him to come back and repair everything since I had to deal with a few other things before I can have him fix it. The day he came, he showed up on time, covered everything so nothing would get damaged, in the bathroom, he even covered my floors and carpet for when he had to go in and out. He took his time making sure both leaks were properly repaired. He did a great job with the clean up as well. Thank you so much Anthony for your patience and the incredible services we received. I am sharing my before and after pictures and yes that is a baking sheet the previous owner put up to collect the water from the leaks. I will definitely use Plumbing Concepts Inc. again and recommend them to others...THANK YOU!!!!

Anthony took care of a problem I had from another plumber who I had been waiting on for over 2-months to fix a leaking upstairs bathtub. He had the part to fix it in his vehicle & had my bath ordeal fixed & solved in short amount of time & at a reasonable price. I will use Anthony for any upcoming needs~~he is a pleasure to work with.

I didn’t know plumbers worked on gas lines but they do surprise to me anyway I would like to say thank you to Anthony of Plumbing concepts for coming as quick as possible & helping me with my emergency(a few gas leaks)for being very polite & considerate,doing a great job & the cleanup when you where done.it is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Anthony showed up when he said he would to provide the quote. His quote was in-line with other companies. I went with him due to his many years of experience and professionalism. Hired him to do the plumbing on my master bathroom remodel. He was able to move the drain and water lines for the new free standing tub, move the drain and water lines for the shower, and make my single sink a double sink. Worked around many obstacles and came up with creative ideas to get everything where it needed to be. Anthony kept the area clean, showed up on-time, completed the work on-time, and kept me up to date the entire time. Great work from a great guy!
