Pier the Plumber came by and quickly took care of my plumbing issues. He clearly explained what he was going to do, completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. My bathroom was left spotless and fully functional again—all in under 35 minutes! Thank you for your time, speed, and last minute excellent service.

My experience started with multiple technicians calling me to come to my home, so I assume this is some kind of internal communication issue. When I originally spoke to the dispatch center, I asked for a ballpark price, and they said the technician would explain. When he called, he quickly asked where I lived etc and didn’t leave time for me to ask any questions. At this point, I was pretty desperate because I only have 1 bathroom in my apartment and it had been clogged for over 24 hours. The tech they sent, David, was great. He was super nice and professional. What floored me was, he assessed my situation, went outside to call the “office”, and came back to tell me it would be $375 for a simple unclog!!!! No wonder they didn’t want me to ask questions. I felt pretty helpless and uncomfortable considering he was already there. I explained to David that I was unable to pay that amount. He called them back and they offered $250. I begrudgingly accepted because it was almost 9pm and my 2 year old needed to use the restroom. David did a great job, but overall I would not recommend this company. They put me in a bad spot and basically exploited my situation. Not to mention, not well organized. There are plenty of other places to choose from, and that’s what I’ll be doing in the future.

These people are fantastic. I called at 10pm, they were there about 10:30pm and it took until about 12:15am to fix the problem. From the person who answered the call to the plumber Sam, pure professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommended for reasonable prices and peace of mind!

Called them after Home Depot gave me a run around and ended up telling me they couldn't do the job after I took off from work to wait for them from 2-6p. Called at 6:30p, William was here by 7:00p and I had a new water heater installed by 9:30p. He explained why the heater failed, showed me how to flush it myself and was able to save me $300 by salvaging the old power cord. Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Amazing service 10/10, came late, very fast! Excellent offer, great deal, and friendly service! Was professional, had no issues. Fixed my washer water inlet valves & replaced my kitchen faucet sink new! Love love love! Moti was great! Plumbing around the clock is awesome! Called same day , after 5 pm, and got there within 1 hr! Very pleased, will be using again!

On a Sunday, an unexpected water mess occurred and Sam came to our rescue. He is knowledgeable and very personable. He completed the job efficiently. He didn’t try to upsell us and was honest about what needed to be done. For all our plumbing needs, we can depend on Sam.

Great experience with this company, as they were efficient in diagnosing and getting my water heater replaced. The tech Rodney who was dispatched was kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. He walked me through everything he was doing and was kind enough to return to my home after the job was done to pick up the old water heater for disposal. I highly recommend this company.

Mr Ralston, the plumber was extremely knowledgeable and his determination to find the leak was very impressive. It took him a long while to, but he was able to find it. Mr. Ralston clearly explained our options, the cost and the time and the labor that it would take to complete the job. Mr. Ralston was very professional and friendly. Had main inbound pipeline burst, was at my location within 30 minutes. Immediately solved issue and during the following days no matter how difficult their crew worked diligently repiping my entire home. Always making sure to have me connected with water. The company owner, Gil was at my site everyday assuring quality workmanship and performance. Always available to answer any of my concerns no matter how many questions I had. “Which were a lot”! Crew were awesome and one in particularly, Christian was extremely skilled and willing to assist with any of my concerns. Overall, highly recommended “PLUMBING around the CLOCK”!!!! P.S. Crew would do complete cleanup on a daily basis, up until last day…

Called on a Saturday around 3pm because I had a leak on my ceiling, they had availability same day, Barry came out within less a couple hours. Inspected the area and found where the leak was coming from, my neighbors unit ac was leaking. THANK YOU Barry, for the inspection. He even went into my neighbors unit to make sure it was coming from their side. And found it! Found you guys on Google and definitely keeping your number.
