My experience started with multiple technicians calling me to come to my home, so I assume this is some kind of internal communication issue. When I originally spoke to the dispatch center, I asked for a ballpark price, and they said the technician would explain. When he called, he quickly asked where I lived etc and didn’t leave time for me to ask any questions. At this point, I was pretty desperate because I only have 1 bathroom in my apartment and it had been clogged for over 24 hours. The tech they sent, David, was great. He was super nice and professional. What floored me was, he assessed my situation, went outside to call the “office”, and came back to tell me it would be $375 for a simple unclog!!!! No wonder they didn’t want me to ask questions. I felt pretty helpless and uncomfortable considering he was already there. I explained to David that I was unable to pay that amount. He called them back and they offered $250. I begrudgingly accepted because it was almost 9pm and my 2 year old needed to use the restroom. David did a great job, but overall I would not recommend this company. They put me in a bad spot and basically exploited my situation. Not to mention, not well organized. There are plenty of other places to choose from, and that’s what I’ll be doing in the future.
