We recently needed a new water heater installed, a sump pump diagnosed, and a garbage disposal replaced, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Christian was incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained the necessary updates without any pressure. His transparency and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in the work being done. The quality of service and professionalism truly exceeded our expectations. Steve and his helper were fantastic start to finish! Steve came out and gave me an honest quote for the job, no upselling, no back and forth with a sales manager, just to the point and luckily he was able to come back and complete the job the same day! I was given a quote from Jordan Air plumbing for a $1,000 more! And then after trying to get on their schedule and not being contacted back by their sales manager who had to talk with her manager.. I then reached out to Plumber Pro, and I am very glad I did!

Josh came by and installed new dishwasher and new kitchen faucet. Very happy with the service and outcome. Josh explained everything and ran several tests before leaving. I happily recommend plumber pro. Will definitely use them again.

Brandon came to our house and did an inspection, told us what was wrong, and made repairs all within a few days! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! We will definitely call him again for our plumbing needs!

James showed up on time to give me an estimate. I told him that I'd rather have things repaired than replaced (I had 5 leaking faucets and 3 other minor tasks). He clearly explained which faucets he would have to replace and why, and which ones he would attempt to repair and what he would do if the repair didn't work out. The next morning he came and did all the things, and he did a fantastic job. I asked if I could keep the old style separate hot and cold instead of the newer style, and he found the parts to do this. My house is no longer leaky, and James' work looks well done. Plumber Pro Service sends ample communication, and they are responsive. The price quoted to me was less than or on par with the other quotes I got. They offer financing which I chose because of the reasonable interest rate.

We had our whole house replumbed and they did an excellent job. Christian Pelham was very professional and answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond with staying late both days to get the job done. He finished in the time he said he would. We now have great water pressure for the first time in 23 years! LOL

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Rose and Mitchell. I called Plumber Pro, when on a Sunday evening, pretty much my whole plumbing system back up. I had water in both bathrooms and my basement. I spoke with Rose and she was wonderful. Very professional and concerned. The next morning Mitchell was out to my home and was already working before 11am. He found the problem, came up with a solution and fixed the problem in one day. This was a rather difficult situation and we were very concerned on how long it might take to work on it. He was great!!! He answered every question I had, never stopped working and had corrected the problem by the end of the day. I will certainly call again if any plumbing issues arise. Thanks Mitchell & Rose!!!

Tankless Water Heaters are great when they work. Ours quit after over 12 years. PlumberPro provided prompt service, excellent communications of on job progress, complete cleanup and disposal of old unit. Mitchell and his assistant did a super job. Great team!

I had Caleb Welborn come out to inspect a leak from my toilet, and his professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. He took his time, flushed the toilet more than 10 times, and did everything possible to recreate the problem. Even though the leak wouldn’t reappear and I chose not to replace the supply line/bidet at this time, Caleb remained patient, respectful, and incredibly thorough. What impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. He didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs.
