Very poor service. Firstly it’s extortionately expensive, more like a day rate for an hourly rate. The plumber sent was not competent and spent longer than necessary on the work, after misleading me about how long it would take to get me to sign the terms. Emergency callouts should only repair what’s necessary and then you should have a chance to find another plumber for non urgent work. Another had to come the next day who said the work he had done the day before was unnecessary and reversed it. They also pressure you to pay immediately at end of service despite the very high cost which most people would need a payment plan for. Only given two stars instead of one as they were quite quick to arrive, it did get fixed in the end and they did offer partial discount for their abysmal service (e.g. not charging for the second day), still ripping us off though. EDIT: the company is trying to get this review removed but suspiciously they have written that it doesn’t match their records in response to all negative reviews. The company should check their call records and WhatsApp records where we made our complaints. They say it’s maybe not the same company but name of our plumber is in other reviews so we have the correct company and I have a WhatsApp message confirming the name of the Google listing. They said they checked date of review but the date of work was Weds 10th and Thurs 11th Dec not the same day as review

I had a bad leak last week and I had to call this emergency plumbing service. I selected them because the reviews on Google were good. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very bad experience overall. Although the response was quick and the plumber arrived on time, the service itself was extremely disappointing. This was an emergency call for a leak from the shower room, and I was already very stressed. I explained the issue in detail and pointed out specific areas for the plumber to investigate. However, he was overly confident and adamant that the leak was coming from behind the wall, insisting that the wall would need to be taken down to fix it. He even challenged that he would stop working as a plumber if he was wrong about the source of the leak. I repeatedly asked him to check the front of the shower unit before doing anything invasive, but this was ignored. At one point, I asked him to leave it as I planned to get help from my builder. The only work I agreed to was reapplying some silicone on the shower floor, which was done very poorly and messily. Despite this, I was billed for a full hour at an emergency call-out rate, which was very expensive and not justified. The next day, my builder fixed the leak in about five minutes, confirming that I was right — the leak was coming from the front of the shower unit. My builder also had to remove all the silicone the plumber applied and redo it properly because the workmanship was so bad. While the response time was good, the lack of proper investigation, overconfidence, poor workmanship, and high cost made this a very bad experience. I would not recommend this service.

Called out in an emergency for a broken tap shooting water sky high at a nursery! Arrived within an hour, very polite and understanding and good quality work and service from the plumber (Edi) who helped us, with clear and quick response communication from the office too

No hot water and not heating just before hosting a dinner in our flat, freezing! Boiler with low pressure and no obvious way to fill up. Found Geek plumber online. Appointment made on the spot by phone and confirmed on whatsapp. Less than an hour later on a Saturday night nice pro Michael showed up and fixed the boiler in no time. Invoice sent via whatsapp on the spot. Cost worth the price for heat on 22 Nov! Highly recommended.
