Plumber on call

Special thanks to Ali for doing such an excellent job fixing the bathtub leakage. He really took his time to investigate the problem and to ensure the job is completed to high standards. Also thank you to Mary and the team in the back office for responding very quickly, providing a competitive quote and sending an engineer (Ali) down within couple of hours. I will definitely recommend this plumbing company to my friends and family.

Our plumber came within 2 hours (at 9pm) of calling and fixed our leak quickly and efficiently. He was really knowledgeable and we were really grateful as he put us at ease. Thanks Abdu. Good communication with the admin team.

We had a late evening emergency with the toilet bidet at home and contacted Plumbers on call. They were prompt on booking us a slot for next day morning. Abdul, the plumber, was very professional and quick at analysing the issue. He got the issue fixed in said time with utmost efficiency. His work was very clean and also tidied up the area. Definitely will recommend this company.

Absolutely outstanding service. Very honest man corrected us on what was wrong with the toilet after a cowboy plumber was trying to rip us off. Showed us how to turn the water off incase of an emergency again, was located outside the property rather than under the sink… Very reasonable price! Was told they also do emergency’s! Will definitely be storing this company in my phone for future. 10/10

Very fast and efficient service, I had a heavy leak on the stop cock inside my property with water gushing out. About 15 minutes after my initial phone call the plumber arrived. Replaced the part and tested everything, a job well done with no fuss. Would recommend this company in an emergency, even the price was reasonable.

Needed a call out emergency 6:40am Sunday morning (Some pipework had gone in the tank in the loft )They said someone would be out to me within 40 minutes and they was. and it all fixed within an hour or so excellent job recommended any time. didn’t catch the guy‘s name that came, but thank you.

Explained work involving capping and removing radiators etc. Engineer (Abdol?) Was professional and polite, finished the work in good time at the agreed price..would definitely use this company again!!
