Another toilet replacement completed this week.
Customer contacted us because the old unit had ongoing issues — unstable base, worn internal parts and constant small leaks around the pipework. As you can see from the before photos, the pipework behind the toilet was outdated and the area needed proper cleaning and preparation before installing the new unit.
We removed the old toilet, checked the condition of the isolation valve and flexible connector, cleaned the floor area thoroughly and installed a brand new close-coupled WC. Everything was levelled correctly, securely fixed, and fully tested for leaks.
Flush system adjusted, seals checked, water flow balanced — job done properly, not rushed.
Now the bathroom looks cleaner, safer and much more reliable for everyday use.
If your toilet is rocking, leaking or constantly running, it’s better to replace it before it turns into a bigger problem.
