My water heater died 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out same day, provided a fast and accurate estimate with no surprises, and installed my new water heater within a couple of hours. The two technicians were very qualified and courteous. The estimate was more than reasonable compared to the franchise plumbers I had contacted earlier in the day. They even offered a first responder discount. I would recommend Plumb Better to anyone in need of honest and quality work.

On July 4th I had an issue with my well and wound up calling in. Spoke with a lady about what all was involved in them coming out to check the issue. I was told it'd be $150 for someone to come out and find the problem. I also asked if it included swapping out the pressure switch because I had a brand new one and I figured the tech would have one available as well and I was told yes by the lady on the phone after I had asked. The pump had shut itself off and as soon as the tech arrived and walked up to the well it kicked back on. All I was told was the switch was stuck on and that was probably my issue. Then explained to that if it wasn't my issue it could be the tank then if you cut off the tank from the home and it did this then that would be the issue or a leak somewhere between the well and the house. Mind you no one moved 5 feet away from the pump house and I was told I'd have an estimate soon. How on Earth could I get an estimate if you never once checked for leaks or anything. Go on further down the road in time and had an issue after I had time to think about how it was handled and messaged them. I got told I was pretty much a liar and that the person behind the messaging claimed to have been there and reme8the whole conversation. You whomever you are have no business conducting customer service related issues because you are dead wrong. I was in fact told yes when I asked if the $150 fee covered them swapping out the pressure switch. The gentleman that ran that business before y'all took it over would be ashamed of how rudely you treat customers. I'd say do better but that's impossible.

I also asked if it included swapping out the pressure switch because I had a brand new one and I figured the tech would have one available as well and I was told yes by the lady on the phone after I had asked.
