This place is amazing for kids!!! I love the set up. I gave it three stars because amount of holes in the walls is really unsafe for kids. There was literally insulation hanging out of the wall. If holes in the walls is an issue, put up more mats on the wall. There are more holes than the pictures I took too.

We went this summer and noticed the space is in dire need of maintenance, cleaning and refresh throughout building. Holes in wall, noticeable lack of cleanliness, equipment piece on playground needed to be tightened, broken toys. This place was great years ago when it first opened and has drastically gone downhill due to obvious neglect of continued investment of upkeep. Would no longer recommend.

Spacious option for kids to run around. There are lots of tables and party rooms available. You will need to purchase your ticket online in order to get in. The only thing I would say is that many of the items to play with are outdated. The building does need some repairs.

It was a truly cool place with so many engaging activities for the children. We really appreciated having ample rooms available for everyone to use. It's a great spot for families seeking fun and comfort. We're already looking forward to returning!

First visit here. Fun little area. My 4 year old did more running around than playing. Our infant had fun crawling around on the green turf but there was a lot of small garbage on the ground from confetti pieces to bottle caps. I picked up and threw away what I saw. I'm not sure how often they clean the facility but it was dirty. Could use drywall patching and paint. There are things written on the walls along with big holes. There are cameras around the building so if there isn't anyone here maintaining it, then they should watch every once in awhile to see who's damaging things or misusing items... which is unfortunate when parents should be responsible. Some parents and their kids went barefooted as well, which is gross and not hygienic. They didn't seem to care about the rules when told. That's also a health hazard. The hand painted graphics are fun. There's a little game area. A lot of tables to sit at. Not bad for an indoor play area but dirty with lazy upkeep and enforcement. There are other places cheaper and cleaner that offer the same thing besides the Kangaroo Jump/Blob.

Fun play place for kids but a lot of money for two kids (~$30). The place is worn down, lots of holes in the walls and the water fountain and sink were shut off. Had to go into the bathroom to refill water bottles. No enforcement of rules, when you go you just have to hope the other kids are well behaved. Sometimes parents let their kids go without socks or big kids take over the bouncer and don’t let the toddlers bounce safely. We used to come here weekly and now hardly go.

I’ve really enjoyed bringing my boys here since they opened (I now have two newer kids aged 4 and 2). They always have a blast, but this time was the first time I’ve seriously considered not returning given the cleanliness and safety concerns. There were some holes in the drywall exposing wiring that young children could easily pull out. These were in high traffic and highly visible areas. In addition, the play areas seemed extremely dirty. The floors in the age 2 to 5 playground area were especially gross. Dust, food remnants and who knows what were visibly evident. We were there about two hours, and I observed one person cleaning the tables and eating areas, but the play areas seem totally neglected and not kept up. Part of this is on the part of parents of especially older children who tend to run wild and misuse equipment. Nevertheless, I don’t think we’ll be back, which is a shame, considering we’ve enjoyed this facility a number of times over the past decade. For less money, you can have a better experience at Avery’s Adventures in Elk River for younger kiddos.

Staff-less playground means they are open 7am-9pm 365 days a year. The play area is split into 4 quadrants. 1) bounce-thing (think bouncy house but large and no walls). Very fun for kids ages 1-adult. 2) section with a small playground (ages 2-5) 3) area with astroturf for more running around 4) area with a big kid playground All of the areas felt very safe (padded or soft floors, good lighting etc). The daily price is a bit more than some places, but the monthly pass pays off just a bit after 4 visits. Ordering online and getting a code to enter the building is a breeze. Some parts were weathered or needed some TLC for paint or holes where a kid rammed a truck into it, but other than those cosmetic issues it seemed pretty good. It's inside of a warehouse so it feels kind of warehouse-y, but that doesn't detract from how your kid is playing and enjoying themselves. It could use more of the cars that kids sit in and move around in. It could use a more dedicated toddler area. The "cafeteria" is the area where you can have food. They don't sell food (other than a vending machine). Hard to find since there isn't a sign on the building.

My son had a great time playing there! I love that the areas have different sorts of activities for the kiddos. Only downside is the cleanliness of the place. Safety wise, not so sure about the large jungle gyms to play on with socks on since it’s quite slippery to walk back and forth on. Needs a soft landing or something underneath!

We've been visiting Playground Plaza for a few years and have really loved it up until this year. It has gone terribly downhill and it's really disappointing, as it used to be such a great place to visit. There are holes in the walls, unclean surfaces, and many of the fun items have been removed. All of this and the price of admission has only increased. Likely will not be returning.
