My bestie and I both got tattoos. Remy did mine using a photo of my daughter’s sweet boy that crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023. He had been part of our family since 2012. He was truly my very favorite Guy. Remy did an amazing job bringing him to life on my arm. My bestie got hers with Jerson. She chose a cactus cuz she grew up on Cactus Rd, and a sunflower to honor her momma that passed away in 2020. Jerson also did a brilliant job! Looking forward to going back and continuing the sleeve planned for my arm 💙💙💙

Harvey helped both me and my daughter get started with our piercings, and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which really helped ease our nerves. He’s very knowledgeable and made sure we understood our options He also helped us choose our jewelry and even colored it the exact purple my daughter wanted, which made her so happy! His personality truly makes the whole experience better — friendly, patient, and professional. We felt completely comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I recently got my navel re-pierced here and had such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the place felt very welcoming, clean, and well put together. Everything looked super sanitary and organized. Brian, who helped us at the front, was incredibly friendly and patient while we picked out jewelry. He took his time explaining different options and never made us feel rushed. Mingo was our piercer, and he was amazing! He was also very friendly and made sure I felt calm and confident before starting. He explained the process clearly and worked quickly and professionally. Fun fact: I got my navel pierced for the first time exactly three years ago to the day, so this felt like a full-circle moment — and I’m so glad I chose this place for it. Overall, such a lovely, clean studio with kind and skilled staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great piercing experience!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly patient. Jordan was awesome to work with. He took his time, listened carefully, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the placement and overall look of my tattoo before moving forward. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how detail oriented and thoughtful he was throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate everyone at Platinum. They have always been kind and professional every time I visit. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience.

Quick piercing me but long to wait. It's very nice in the shop and I love the interior design but the customer service is more of have in mind whatcha want pay, wait , stab,and get out. I'm glad for my piercing tho and you have to buy the jewelry from there I bought the jewelry I wanted and made sure it was the right one and he declined it sadly.

I had an amazing experience here. I came with my best friend and we both came to get our Christina and one nipple pierced, and everyone was so respectful and accommodating when we called, both prior to walking in for a same day appointment, and when we came in for the piercings. Harvey at the front was so helpful and bubbly and inviting, both on the phone and in person. Noah was also so accommodating, despite him not even doing any of our piercings or tattoos. Izzy was so sweet and helpful also. By far the best tattoo and piercing place I've been to nationwide, let alone in Texas. I took my daughter to get her naval pierced. Bryan greeted us and helped us pick out the proper jewelry for her. Mingo was the piercer and he was reassuring as she was nervous. Both were calm, informative and extremely professional. Definitely will come back again.. Thank you so much for a great experience 😁

Jordan is the man!!! He gave me the most amazing tattoo 100x better than the design I came in with. He has awesome artist skills, took his time to get every detail right and was a joy to hang with the entire time. This guy is out is this world! He will definitely be doing all of our tattoos from now on. I can't thank you enough Jordan. You rock!!!

I took my 17-year-old daughter to Platinum Tattoos & Piercing for her second earlobe piercings, and the whole experience was easy and chill. The moment we walked in, Brian greeted us with jokes and such a welcoming vibe. He helped us pick out the perfect earrings and made the whole check-in process super easy. Mingo did the actual piercing, and he was incredible. He had us laughing the whole time and completely took the stress out of the experience for my daughter. I came in to get my nipple ring sized down, Jaycee was absolutely amazing! So kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. It was Friday the 13th so pretty busy with people for tatts but because he knew I was on my work break, he took me right back and it was easy peasy!! I am so happy with how it looks! And just really appreciate that I wasn’t lost in the mix of waiting. Thank you so much Platinum and Jaycee, ya’ll are the best!!
