Jordan did an awesome job on my tattoo and three of my friends who came in with me. We had a really great time and our tattoos came out better than we even imagined! Highly recommend!

Amazing shop! I had a fabulous experience getting pierced here. I didn’t catch the man at the front desks name, but he was very friendly. He helped me pick out an affordable, but cute piece of jewelry. Mingo was the one who actually did the piercings and OMG he is amazing. He is the most gentle piercer I’ve ever been to, couldn’t even feel him putting the jewelry in and placement was perfect. 10/10 recommend The price is a bit high compared to other shops, it was $140 for a nostril and a daith piercing. Considering the quality of jewelry, customer service, and the quality of the piercing itself, I think it’s 100% worth the price!

I took my 17-year-old daughter to Platinum Tattoos & Piercing for her second earlobe piercings, and the whole experience was easy and chill. The moment we walked in, Brian greeted us with jokes and such a welcoming vibe. He helped us pick out the perfect earrings and made the whole check-in process super easy. Mingo did the actual piercing, and he was incredible. He had us laughing the whole time and completely took the stress out of the experience for my daughter. He was professional, quick, and made her feel totally comfortable. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and genuinely fun place to get piercings, I highly recommend Platinum. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been to the 410 location four times now. Lee has been doing my tattoos perfectly. My latest tattoo is my dragon- he's absolutely perfect!! I love how everyone I talk to is always so nice and welcoming. The space is very clean. The room to get my tattoo is clean and always wrapped up. Lee really pays attention to detail. Thank you to everyone who makes me feel comfortable enough to go alone.

Wonderful customer service, from the moment I reached out on their website(which was simple and right to the point). They got back to me in a timely manner and schedule my appointment was a breeze! My tattoo artist was Skar and he did an amazing job on my spine tattoo; it came out beautiful! All in all, it’s a great spot and definitely will be recommending to everyone I know!

Got a great septum piercing done by Mingo. I’ve always been nervous to get one after seeing so many horror stories from other shops. But I’m SO GLAD I came here! He hit the sweet spot perfectly and I can tell he’s been doing this forever because he was quick, efficient, and really put me at ease. It’s perfectly placed, and looks amazing. The healing has been very good too. I was also given a big bottle of saline spray and after care instructions. The shop itself is clean, and the people there are very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone!

I took my daughter here to get her belly button repierced. Alie was her piercer. She was very informative and thorough. My daughter has severe anxiety and she was extremely patient with her and even walked her through slow breathing and let her sit until she was comfortable! It turned out much more beautiful than the first time.

Exceptional tattoo/piercing parlor! I walked in and was welcomed by the staff. Everyone there was incredibly professional, talented and accommodating. I did both a tattoo and piercing, the shop was incredibly clean and both my artist Osmanny and piercing professional were incredible. I have been to a handful of places in SA and I have to say this shop is the best. If you are looking for talent and professionalism under one roof, this is your place! Highly recommend.

Got my babies ears pierced here today. Piercer was very knowledgeable about aspetic techniques to keep ears free of infection for post care. Would definitely go back for myself in th future. Piercer was nice and cool😎 Thank you again. 😊

Got my 3rd lobe piercings done by Mingo and he was amazing!!! Made the process super easy and painless!! HOWEVER, let me deinfluence you from getting your piercing done here: I paid $212 for the PIERCINGS which is RIDICULOUS. it shows on the website for lobe piercings (pair) is $60 and then to get to the place and they charge you for the fronts AND backs of the earrings you choose is insane. Especially when there is no mention of charging extra for jewelry or “jewelry not included” on the website…
