Working with Jake Masters was genuinely a great experience. We'd been casually looking for a house for a while, kind of on-again, off-again, and Jake was just so incredibly patient with our pace. His ability to answer our questions quickly and thoroughly was seriously impressive. We never had to sit around waiting for a reply, which kept things moving smoothly whenever we decided to jump back into the search.
