In November I was kicking around trying to convince the wife that we needed to put in a pool. I sent in a lead, and Ryan emailed with with transparent pricing information about some options. Last week, I called him on the phone and he answered at the end of his work day and spent AN HOUR answering my questions. Every time I mentioned we could regroup later because I didn't want to be a pain, he insisted that we iron out all of my questions and concerns so I had any information I needed. Poor guy must have priced out options on a bout 4 pools and 2 different tanning ledge options. I then called him again on the following Tuesday with a few text messages in between and he answered and I got more questions answered.
We are not sure that fiberglass is in the budget although we would prefer it, and don't want to make any final decision until we close on the final bill for our new home.
I am huge on communication, and I cannot speak for how it would be through the whole process but as a potential customer I must say, Ryan has been available, seemingly upfront, and informative which is a HUGE thing for me. The anxiety that comes with huge costly projects and people in customer service not answering their phones or returning calls or messages within a reasonable timeframe is a NO CAN DO for me. Great job Platinum pools on your availability and communication with your customers, not that you need to hear it from me but I thought the least I could do is pay appreciation to the service I have received thus far.
