Evan from Platinum Plumbing and Drain did a great job helping me with a water service line issue at my rental property. The city flagged the line as needing replaced and Evan handled everything from digging at the curb box to replacing the section with copper and coordinating the city re-inspection. He made the whole process much easier than I expected. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and made sure everything passed inspection and was backfilled properly afterward. It’s not always easy finding someone dependable for this kind of work, but Evan was straightforward and professional the whole way through. I'm not kidding. I did NOTHING and it was done within 48 hours from contacting him. I really appreciate the work he did and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or water line repair work.

They saved me about $5k. One company wanted to come and excavate my yard to do "repairs". I had platinum come and give me a second opinion. They quickly ran an evaluation in the morning and were able to take care of my problem same day. I even had a third company come and review the work after platinum finished and they gave everything a thumbs up too.

Very professional and affordable company, very nice and caring people. The company that installed the plumbing on this house butchered my mine lines. Platinum came in and Fixed my main plumbing lines quickly and was the most affordable company to do it. Very transparent with both the charges and with the work. Will be using this company from now on for all my plumbing needs!

This company has an extremely reckless driver. The guy was weaving in and out of traffic and cut us and other people off while going well over 80 mph through Virginia. I suggest people find a better plumbing company who doesn’t put other people’s lives at risk!!!

Platinum plumbers are very good at their job. I asked for an estimate Dan asked for pictures. He saw what I needed gave me a estimate. They came out on the day/ time that was good for me finished up in about an hour. And everything was done. If you have a plumbing problem or you need a serious plumber call these guys, they won't let you down. They replaced the main shutoff valve from the street to the house

James was amazing with his service. There was a little bit of a scheduling confusion and he personally made sure that he was here when someone was supposed to be here. The service was extremely thorough. He not only showed me what was wrong with my lamp post but also showed me how to correct it moving forward. I Would highly recommend platinum plumbing and would definitely use them again moving forward!
