Evan from Platinum Plumbing and Drain did a great job helping me with a water service line issue at my rental property. The city flagged the line as needing replaced and Evan handled everything from digging at the curb box to replacing the section with copper and coordinating the city re-inspection. He made the whole process much easier than I expected. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and made sure everything passed inspection and was backfilled properly afterward. It’s not always easy finding someone dependable for this kind of work, but Evan was straightforward and professional the whole way through. I'm not kidding. I did NOTHING and it was done within 48 hours from contacting him. I really appreciate the work he did and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or water line repair work.

These guys are amazing! I had used their services three times in one month. The last two were emergencies and they squeezed me in. They are very reasonable people, who are well trained and are reasonably priced. I trusted everyone that came to my home.
