I just want to take the time to write a review about Bud with Platinum Dry, because he truly changed everything for me. We had a major leak this past year that the owner neglected to address correctly. I expressed my concerns multiple times about moisture and possible mold, but I was dismissed. Months later, I became very sick and couldn’t shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn’t even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. I needed to write this review because I’m beyond grateful for Bud’s integrity, responsiveness, and the way he dropped everything to help when I truly needed it. I’m also incredibly thankful he validated what I already suspected, when people around me thought I was being dramatic or neurotic. I wasn’t I was educated, researching, and listening to my body. And Bud confirmed all of it. I’m on the mend now, but if you suspect moisture or mold, please call this company. They are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the people they help.

I reached out to this company for advice about a suspect "stale, musty, wet wood" odor in our home, concerned that it might be a mold issue. David scheduled us an assessment appointment, showed up on time, was polite, professional, friendly, and didn't even charge us for the assessment because we are local! Platinum Dry Restoration Company came to my rescue! I had pipes that burst in my kitchen and entryway. The damage from the water in those areas was beyond belief. I was devastated to see water in my cabinets, on the floors in my kitchen and entryway, and so many ceiling blisters filled with water constantly dripping down. I didn’t know what to do so I did a Google search for water damage and found the listing for Platinum Dry. This one phone call to Platinum Dry made the difference. Platinum Dry responded to my home immediately, accessed the damage, and began working to stop and repair the leaks. I could go on and on singing their praises but never has this senior citizen been so impressed with the attention this Company provided. I must provide this last comment on the owner, David. He was so up front and explained to this widow, who had no idea what to expect, that he would be able to repair, restore my kitchen and entryway. I felt so relieved after talking with him.
