Platinum Care Dental

This was my first visit here and I can see why this dental office has five stars. Everyone here at platinum dental is genuine and welcoming. They all made small talking, telling jokes, and really trying to get to know you. Upon entering I can see receptionists greeting returning clients by name asking how they have been and what they have been up too. Doctors roaming around (in a proactive way) and introducing themselves wanting to get to know the new edition to the platinum family. Everyone seems very sincere and passionate about their work. Thank you Maria (dental assistant), Kathy (dental hygienist), Dr Romo, and the rest of the platinum dental staff for their hospitality.

The staff is so professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable at all times. The assistants and hygenists are very knowledgeable and are happy to provide helpful tips for dental health. Dr. Romo makes patients feel at ease, explains conditions, procedures and options. He greets his patients with a smile and is genuineally caring.

I feel so fortunate to have found this dental office! The staff are extremely friendly, and the office itself is super clean and welcoming. Dr. Romo is AWESOME! He was able to see me last minute for what I would consider an emergency situation, and he saved the day! I have serious teeth issues- cavities, crowns, a couple implants, etc.- so I really need a serious dentist who knows what they’re doing. He is the REAL DEAL! I also love that it’s a family practice- you can feel it! If I could give 5 more stars, I would! Thank you!!

I have been going to this office for about a year and glad I found them. The staff is great, office is very clean and runs efficiently. They stand behind their work and are honest. I live all the way in downtown but find it worth to drive there. I see Dr. Romo, very friendly guy and a great dentist!

The dentists, staff and techs there are always professional, informative and pleasant to interact with. My family has also received most dental work at this practice through the years. I recommend it highly to all.

My family has been going to Platinum Care Dental for over 25 years, and have been treated like family. Dr Rivera is such a great dentist always kind professional, never had any issues with any work that was needed. Also Dawn is the best hygienist, she is very good and makes you feel comfortable she is so kind. When you leave you feel well taken care of and happy.

Platinum dental really made.me.feel comfortable when I was getting my tooth checked out . . Everybody was nice and I see they have team work . My tooth was hurting bad and the girl.was trying not to hurt me I started moving to much and the lady at front desk jumped in and helped. That was aawesome . . Thank you and you will be.seeing me.again and the doc he was cool I enjoyed talking with him about football .
