I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this dealership. I went in based on a price I saw advertised online and was prepared to move forward. When I arrived, the in-store price was significantly higher than what was listed, which felt misleading and frustrating. The salesperson actually tried to honor the online price, but in the middle of our negotiation, he quit his job in front of us due to management issues, as he didn’t want to be flexible which made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. After leaving, I checked the listing again and saw the price had been increased, which only reinforced how misleading the experience felt. This felt like bait-and-switch pricing, lack of transparency, and poor management. Buying a car should be honest and straightforward — unfortunately, this experience was not.

Employees went out of their way to help and ensure a smooth car buying experience. Helped me to return my rental and get a ride back to the dealership. Very quick and efficient as I had no appointment for the car. Overall a great, no pressure experience. This is my third car purchase and I felt a difference coming to Buick GMC of White Plains!

I walked in curious about the Hummer EV, and to my luck the newest addition to the sales team Fifo was there to help me out. Not only did he buy one a month ago, he give me the pros and cons with no BS. Test drive really locked me in, it was love at first drive. Returned the next day got a very fair trade in value for my MDX, and today Im the new owner of a Hummer EV. Sales Mgr Phil was a thrill to work with and my guy Willy made the financial paperwork and transfers a breeze. Thank you guys for the exceptional service! Congrats to my sales rep FIFO on his first car sale! Update: Here we are 6 months post purchase and my Hummer EV is giving me issues with battery life. 50% battery only giving me 80miles of range. Anyway, I called my sales rep Fifo and he set up with an immediate service date. I just dropped off my truck this morning, and Fifo on his day off came into to work so that he could shuttle me back home instead of having me sit around waiting God knows how long til they figure out the issues with my truck. Thanks again to dedicated customer service, you dont get that everywhere.

When this location was White Plains GMC/Buick, all departments would answer and return calls. I'll even give partial credit to Empire too. Now? Best of luck. Sales is probably the one that'll always answer because, well money. The parts department always has a full voice mail. Service, do they even want you in? If there was a commission incentive like the sales department, everyone would answer in the other departments. For service and parts, call at your own risk. If I get response on here, it'll probably be to email them because it's definitely not going to be to call them.

My experience at Platinum Buick was outstanding because of the Sales Professional, Fifo. He valued my time and explained all the pricing and fees upfront before I looked at the car. Also, Fifo was able to dig the car out with all this snow. Furthermore, Ryan was great at explaining the final price and realistic timeframe to complete. Thank you

This review is long overdue. I have a 2024 Sierra 1500 AT4X even though I didn't purchase it at this dealership. A few weeks ago, I had a software update failure malfunction in my truck. It had to be towed, and the nearest one was Empire Buick GMC of White Plains. Thank you to the service manager, Robert , Service Advisor Mr. Thomas Raio (I appreciate your help! You're the greatest), Tom was corteous, knowledgeable and super-friendly. Special thank you to super wiztech Carlos and the whole Empire Service Dept. were amazing in helping me get my truck fixed in less than 24 hours. They went above and beyond to help me and I will happily return to Empire Buick GMC for future service.

I had a great experience working with Fifo at Platinum GMC. He was knowledgeable and professional. Fifo took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire buying process smooth and stress free. He helped me build my 2026 Yukon XL, I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market for a GMC.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have experienced regarding the condition of my 2024 GMC Sierra, which I purchased from your dealership. the vehicle had noticeable scratches. I was assured these would be taken care of, but after the first attempt at repair, the truck was returned with a clear coat finish that was unacceptable—filled with swirl marks and holographic scratches. When I raised this concern, I was told a proper clear coat correction would be performed. Unfortunately, the second attempt also left the truck with poor results. On the third occasion, General Manager personally assured me that a professional detailing crew would be hired to resolve the matter. I trusted this would finally correct the issue, but once again, the results were disappointing. At this point, the truck looks worse than ever, and the situation has caused nothing but frustration and wasted time on my end. I should not be forced to repeatedly bring my new vehicle back to the dealership for the same unresolved problem. As a customer who made a significant investment in this truck, I expect the dealership to uphold its responsibility and deliver the quality promised. While I could pay an independent professional to properly correct the paint, I strongly believe this is the dealership’s responsibility to resolve at no additional cost to me. I ask that this matter be escalated and handled appropriately without further delays or excuses. Please provide a clear resolution plan, as I should not be left dealing with a new vehicle in this condition. This is ONE part of the truck , Now imagine all around

We had a great experience working with Fifo. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to program our new vehicle. He provided great service throughout the entire buying process and he was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend him!

Horrible experience and as of the writing of this review still have not refunded our deposit. Agreed to a deal and had it in writing. Left a deposit to hold the vehicle. When we went to finalize and arrange for pick up the Finance guy, Ryan informed us they were tacking on an additional $695 dealer fee and we needed to finance with them. When we refused to do either (as that was not agreed to previously) they said they would refund our deposit. This alone was worth the 1 start rating. It gets better. Since that conversation that was over a week ago we have gotten the run around of excuses as to why they have/cannot refund our money. First it was allow 2-3 business days. After waiting that time I followed up and was told it had not been processed because the owner was the only one who can authorize the refund and he was away in Italy until Monday (ridiculous to say with a dealership this size). Come Monday it was supposed to be done by accounting. Again nothing, on Wednesday when I followed up yet again was told they no longer can process the refund because they have a new owner and the old and new systems won't sync. Again, ridiculous attempt at an excuse. They told be in order to get my money back I should contact my CC company and refute the charges and they won't dispute it when contacted by the CC company. Unreal, I know! Now no one will return my phone call. I have made several calls to each of the sales man, Robert, the finance guy, Ryan, the manager, Franco and the controller, Patricia. Left messages for all and no one will call me back. Don't believe me, see the included screenshots of texts that confirm all this. I just want my money back and they won't give it back. This is now crossing over to petty larceny. I should probably contact the White Plains police or the attorney general. Don't do business with these people. They are crooks.
