Had a freak accident throwing a hose into my truck on a Saturday afternoon. Called the Platinum team and they answered my call personally ( no voicemail screen or central answering service like the big national chains). They were at my house Monday afternoon and had the job done in under an hour . The service was great, the price was unbeatable, and the team was extremely professional. Amazing customer service! These guys drive to you and are so polite! They arrived only to realize the glass they had will not work as we needed one with sensors! They never hesitated to get back in their truck, drive an hour round trip, pick up the correct one and came back to install it! They also cleaned out the glass that was shattered all over the truck! Definitely recommend these guys!

We called several "big" glass companies just to be told we don't do just windshield gasket and I decided to Google shops near me and Platinum came up and thankfully I messaged them and they responded quickly and said yes but its possible the glass can break and gave a quote for that if it happens we'll they're honest people because they did the job and only had to reset the gasket after removing the glass and cleaning the area it goes in and resealed it and for a low cost so if you're looking for a honest shop give them a call
