Kyle was very polite, professional and thorough on our HVAC service. Hunter came last year and also did a great job. Absolutely love Daniel Sutter! This is a great company. I reccomend them to everyone.

I absolutely love this company! They have helped me through the worst home repair crisis of my life from a tree falling on my house. They answer my 7 pm texts and show up when they say. The unit took a big hit but they have done miracles to get it back online. Even when physical damage wasn’t visible they kept hunting until they figured it out. Great company to work with. I highly recommend!

The Platinum Air crew are top notch. We had an issue where the drain was clogged on the inside, we thought we resolved the issue, but then we noticed a smokey fire smell... water had over flowed on the inside unit & almost started an electrical fire. It was a Saturday, I sent Daniel a msg, & he was immediately on it. He came out that day, looked over everything & it was toast. No chance of repair. We had already spoken to him previously about upgrading our hvac from the traditional central heating/air to minisplits. So he worked out the numbers & what we'd need & here we are! His guys came Monday & got the inside units done. Tuesday, Kyle & Hunter came out & finished up. Daniel came out that night to verify the work was done & to standard... Which was never a question I had because I knew those gentlemen were going to get it all taken care of like it was their own home & family they were setting up. They are all professional, friendly and give top quality work every time.

This HVAC company is absolutely fantastic—I can’t say enough good things about them! Daniel is thorough every time, explains everything clearly, and patiently answers all of my questions. He’s professional, knowledgeable, kind, and someone I can truly trust. Not only does he diagnose problems quickly and provide effective solutions, but he also takes the time to show you simple maintenance steps (like cleaning outdoor unit coils) so you can keep things running smoothly yourself. We currently rent a space for our clinic in Glenwood. Platinum Air came today and alerted us to some issues that will be fixed quickly. They were polite, professional, and actually listened to the issues that were concerning to us.

Best choice for HVAC issues. Daniel is a rockstar! We had these guys replace our unit and they were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Daniel stayed till 9:30 making sure everything was tuned precisely. Prices were very competitive but honestly I would’ve paid extra for them to do it! As soon as I met Daniel, his honesty and genuine concern was obvious. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

They were smart, professional, and organized. They worked clean and left nothing for us to pick up after them. They asked twice if either of us had questions after they were finished. My purchase with Platinum Air has been professional and pleasant. One year after I purchased my house and determined it did not heat and cool the house well and the utility bill was extremely high for a small home. I called for a bid and they asked questions on what I was looking for and listened. I wanted to change out a low quality 4 year old inefficient electric package unit. I was looking for energy savings and a unit that really could heat and cool my house. They recommended a 2 stage unit and I chose to switch to natural gas. I have been extremely happy with my new unit. It is efficient and for the first time I have been happy with my interior temperature. 6 months after the install they called because it was time for the fall season service and it was included when they installed the unit. I didn’t have to call them. These guys are great!!

(Update to this review regarding service calls) Suffering through this mid-July heat and our upstairs HVAC unit stopped working. Within 15 minutes Wesley and his assistant showed up and they had our thermostat going the other way in a matter of minutes. When I say they are the best, I mean it. Thanks again for all you do 🙌🏼 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Platinum air has made a couple of warranty repairs for us, as well as, taking on service agreements with all of our HVAC systems this year. All the guys on this crew are not only professional; they’re truly passionate about their job. When platinum discovered mold growing inside of our coil the technician adjusted the fan speed to provide a drier environment in the unit itself and will prevent this problem in the future. Call them up to get on the service list for your clean air needs 🙌🏼

These guys are genuiene good guys. They're reasonable & honest. They're quick to come out as if it was their own home. Anytime they come out, we're left extremely satisfied! Won't go w/ anyone else now!
