• 5:55am RPM Express: Wake up and ride!
• 6:25am Strength Express: 30 minutes of power, perfect for your weekend kickstart.
• 7:00am 3x20min sessions…Les Mills Mix: A taste of everything to energize your brain, body & weekend vibes!
7:00am Pump
7:20am Shapes
7:40am Yoga (do 1 or all 3)
No other classes Saturday morning.
