Stan is living proof that regular resistance training is not just about strength—it’s about quality of life.
It slows down age-related loss of muscle and bone, improves balance and coordination, and supports cognitive health.

And guess what? His amazing crew shows up three times a week, and even during holidays, they’re sticking with it—joining their Feelgood friends at 8:45am to keep the momentum going.
