Pizzamo - Napoletana pizza & panuozzo, pasta & salad

The food and drinks were good, and we genuinely enjoyed the pizza and pasta. However, the overall dining experience was let down by the service and the lack of air conditioning. The restaurant does not have an air-conditioned room, which made dining rather uncomfortable, especially in the heat. More disappointing was the service. When serving our table, the female server’s demeanor came across as visibly annoyed and unwelcoming. Yet when she approached Western guests, she suddenly became cheerful, smiling warmly and enthusiastically recommending dishes and drinks. This was not a language issue — our English was more than adequate. We all pay the same price for the food and service, so the same level of courtesy should apply to everyone. The difference in treatment was difficult not to notice, especially when the server herself is Asian. It’s a shame, as we are staying in Phu Quoc, because we genuinely enjoyed the food and would have happily returned. However, after feeling that we were treated differently as Asian customers, we would rather go to other places.

Highly Recommended! 👍🏼 This pizza at Pizzamo is straight-up the best in the galaxy! 🍕 The crust, the sauce, the toppings — everything is perfect. 🫶 I was so impressed that after finishing my meal, I immediately ordered two more to take back to Saigon for my family. They loved it too! If you’re a pizza lover, you absolutely cannot miss this place. 10/10, will be back again and again! 🔥

Really nice Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The pizza was very вкусная, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they use good ingredients. Thao was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The wine was also very tasty and went perfectly with the food. I would definitely come back again.

Very good pizza outside of Italy! We shared a Margherita for which the ingredients are sourced from Italy. If you want to eat pizza, eat here were they are specialized and not a Vietnamese restaurant that does it as an extra on the side.

Great experience at Pizzamo in Phu Quoc! I tried the Neapolitan pizza and it was absolutely delicious,authentic taste, fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked dough. You can really tell they respect the traditional Italian style. For dessert I had the lava cake (photo attached) and it was amazing. Warm, soft and full of chocolate inside! Really the perfect way to finish the meal. Friendly atmosphere and good service. Definitely a place worth visiting if you are in Phu Quoc and craving real pizza. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at this pizza place! The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and excellent flavor, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. A special thanks to Thao, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Thao was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Great food, great value, and great service; I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!

We had the salmon salad and two pizzas. All was fresh and very delicious, definitely one of the best place for pizza on the island. Ms. Thao was very friendly and she provided a good service. Overall a very good experience for us and a place we would return to🤙 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very authentic Italian pizza and pasta. Best pizza on the island, probably beats all the pizza I’ve ever had in Hanoi. Also, gotta add the squid ink pasta to my top favourite here!

The best and authentic Italian Pizzeria in Phu Quoc Island. Everything was perfect. The owner Franco and wife Thuy are very nice person. The pizza tasted really authentic and felt like we are in Italia.

The pizza was unexpectedly good, you feel like it’s Italy not Vietnam. Thao, the lady who served us was very kind and welcoming, a pleasent lady. I really recommend this place if you want to eat a nice pizza.
